haha, no. the truth is I never feel comfortable making things in Zbrush :P.
I prefer making things with nice topology in Maya and use them as a base SUBD0 in Zbrush for further detail sculpt. In the case of face and body, I already have my own base mesh with good topology for sculpting & animation .
also in prior to creating Basemesh in general, I might as well quick sculpt a design in Zbrush using just Dynamesh to quickly blockout the form and design before committing further in Maya.
