Thank you @patrycja.lerch @mitsuki-youko!!
So far, I have doing some simple color theory tests with my character for my next drawing, which will focus on movement. I'm trying to be a bit bolder with my colors, but I'm still nervous on how far to take my colors.

I finally finished my composition based on movement. It was tricky getting the right silhouette for her while also trying to convey her in movement. I also messed around with the screen tones and other features on Clip Studio to make the image pop a bit more. I also observed how other comic book artists, like John Byrne, convey movement with a good composition, especially when the panel was big and/or a splash page.
I've also been practicing 3D sculpting on Blender whenever I can. So far, it's forcing me to look at and review faces, so it is nice to get a refresher while I'm trying to get more used to Blender. This face is based on Gomez Addams from the Addams Family live-action films. I like the film's morbid sense of humor, and I really enjoyed the Wednesday Netflix show too. I still got some work to do on the face, especially the hair and ears.
Thank you for your comments @daceronine @patrycja.lerch !!
In retrospect, regarding my flower and flying illustration, the flower's color does take too much attention away from my character due to its saturation, so I should be more careful about that.
Here is my composition focused on variety. To be honest, I was at a loss how to add variety since my character has some stripes and circle motifs already. So I try to add in some background elements that hopefully aren't too distracting. I also try to see what kind of effects I can utilize from Clip Studio, making me realize that there's a hundred of other tools that' I've neglected for a long time lol.

So I finished the retopology, but when I compared my retopology with other YouTubers and other 3D artists, I find that my retopology is flawed with a lot extraneous edge loops. Furthermore, I learned that the approach to retopology for 3D animation is different. I was interested in 3D art because I was interested in making 3D figurines. But after doing some more digging on retopology and 3D animation, now I'm thinking about doing some 3D animation, which means I might have to redo the retopology to make it optimized for 3D animation.
So I feel like I'm at a crossroads on where to go with 3D art at the moment since I'm more used to creating 2D art, and there are A LOT of tools and features on Blender.
Here is my original sculpt along with my retopologized 3D art.
