Nice work, a few pointers though. The first side scroll game needs more separation in hue and value. Its hard to see where the floor ends and the wall begins. Same with the pit. You could do more cool stuff with the decor its a bit sparse, this is a great opportunity to tell the audience a story
The second game is a classic rpg feel, again a bit sparse could use a lot more torches and windows to tell the story and explain the wierd lightning. Also that floor tiling needs to go, its to distracting and blends with the wall.
