Purchase not received

Hey,
I bought 12 items in the marketplace and paid for them already but the items are not shown in my library. I tried using the contact form but there is still no response after 5 days.
Is there customer support I can contact to fix this issue?

So I have been waiting for over a week to get a response via the contact form and I also tried messaging Shia six days ago. Does anyone know if there is a phone number for customer support?
If there is no way to get my products, is there a way to at least get my 60 USD back?
Has anyone experienced the same issue on cubebrush yet?
