I'm back, sorry i didn't post anything yesterday, I got a bit lazy hehehe xD, but im here.

Here's a quick correction based on what I see. Always keep in mind attachment of body parts even if you can't actually see where they stick!

Granted there's still room for improvement, I probably raised it a bit too much. I don't think you need to keep correcting it, but keep proportions in mind for the next piece!

Got it, I don't know why but some times the proportions get scrambled in my head when i do poses for some reason, i'll keep up improving as I continue with the next piece.

Last sketch of tonight and will continue tomorrow to take advantage of my last day of week 7 (a.k.a free week), I think I got a bit ambitious with the perspective and the pose but I like how it's going at the moment.

So this is the end of my first free week and im happy to how things turned out, I'm really satisfied with this piece in specific, here it is.

Doing this part was a bit challenging because of the outfit itslef, i didn't know how to put it at the beginning, but i got confident and this is how it turned out.
Also I changed the way the wings looked and I don't regret doing so.

And this is the final product of today and this week. I tried keeping in mind the proportions as previously mentioned by @daceronine and @snakker in the past piece I made.
See you tomorrow on Week 8 and last week of Term 1 everybody, Cheers!!.

I'd say it's an improvement! the angle and perspective certainly makes it look more alive and dynamic. There is also a clear focus con keeping proportions in place.
It's a rough angle though, and though some parts feel like they could be adjusted, I can't quite put my finger on it. For example, her bottom feels like it's a bit larger than it should, or that it should ofuscate more of the body due to the angle. Like, you can kind of see her crotch and low part of the thighs, but ALSO the abs. I think I would expect it to be something kinda like this:

Then again to be honest, in the previous piece the legs didn't even come to mind until @snakker mentioned it and then I couldn't unsee it.

At my level, I'd just grab a few references and use those as bases, or one of the free 3D models to refine the angle (if you are using CSP)

Again though, this looks much better and in general looks great!

this looks really cool and hard to do XD I agree with @daceronine, it looks a bit distorted, like if the bottom is close to the edge on a wide angle lens, the center gets smaller and the edges get wider (towards the bottom), whereas the head is a bit small

I can't say how much of a help you both have been with this piece(@daceronine and @snakker), I guess it looks that weird maybe because of my little knowledge on the body on a different perspective rather than just full 2D, I think that in Term 2 is where Mark teaches how to draw the human body on perspective, so I'm looking forward to that week in specific.

I'm thankfull that you guys liked how it looks despite the perspective horrors on it xD, maybe in the future i'll focus more on the perspective way that the body behaves so i can make a more natural and believable pose, piece, splash art, whatever comes to mind, I'll have this little voice in my head to tell me and remind me the steps to follow.

I'm definetly a bit rusty with gesture after the free week, but slow and steady wins the race, so i'll keep on going to get back at it.

Keep at it! Gesture drawings can be tiresome at times, but it really helps in the long run. In time you can slowly chance and adapt gesture drawings to make it more fun for yourself.

Looking good man. Really like how tones follow the perspective, with elements in the background being faded a bit more so than elements clearly on the foreground.

For my final frame I decided to make a video frame of a song I quite enjoy listening while drawing, I really liked how it looks and overall I loved this one.

Althoug this is the last Lineart study I loved everyone of them (Character and Environment alike), tomorrow I'll just post the daily exercise because there is nothing else I have to do and after that, I'm excited to say that i'll be moving to Term 2. I can't wait to see what it has to offer.

Day 6
FINAL DAY
Okay everyone it is time for me to move on to the next chapter of the Art School but before I live this Term, here is my Term 1 Review for all of you guys. Enjoy :).

Let's start with the simple things such as Gesture Drawing and Perspective Exercises

In the 5 minute Gesture I konw that I don't have a lot to show because in that week I was starting to feel a bit tired due to the flu but in the future I promise that i'll make up to this and spend more time doing gesture drawing and improve more on it.

I passed a very good time doing the Perspective Assignments and I don't regret doing them despide the time required to complete them, I enjoyed every second of it, and I know that in Term 2 there is a 3 point perspective view assignment and i'm thrilled about it, so let's continue with this tempo towards Term 2.

And now, it's time for my favorite exercises of this term, Character and Environment Studies.

And this is all I managed to make in this Term, also there are all of the Pen Control exercises but i decided not to put them in the review, but I might be wrong, so what do you guys think. Should I add the Pen Control Exerecises or not ?

Either way it has been a bomb starting this journey.
