Welcome aboard! Looking good so far

Cheers

There's too many apples in that basket XD. Welcome to the forums, looking good, the colors match pretty well.

Line of action

the poses are from the page Line of action, recommended for references

These are super good. My only suggestion is that for the joints facing us, be mindful of how open your circles are. It's kind of hard to tell what's going on in the second from the top image. If that joint was that open towards us, the entire foot would most likely be closer to the viewer and not bent. In fact, the bottom of the foot would fully be facing the camera.

All your exercises look great! Actually, your application of volume study from the Line of Action poses helps me to understand the exercise better, thanks for posting!

oh thank you!! I'm glad I could help you

all my photoshop files are gone and I don't know what happend, I don't want to lose all the projects I did

Oh no, check to see if you have the backup files
Don’t remember where they get saved but a quick google search can help you

Propotions of the male and female body, I don't know how they turned out chubby but I kinda like it

I'll do gesture practices for over a month

Nice job on that figure drawing, looks spot on
Keep it up!

Try out finding interesting, strong or elegant lines in gestures - they tend to appear in dynamic poses, also look for repeating shapes

Cheers!

Allo
First of all, good job with your gesture and good to notice that you are having fun with gesture.

If I do have one word on your gesture drawing, I think you are trying to get every detail of the pose which is good but not the main point of gesture drawing. Like @snakker said, try to find interest/strong/elegant lines that DEFINE the pose/action itself.

Another minor stuff to say which I also suffer atm is line economy as it looks like you scribbling. Unless it's what you want it that way, it's preferable to keep a clean line economy (e.g. max 10 lines for 30 sec gesture) and just worry about key line.

But looks good so far and good luck!

Ty for the feedback, I'll keep in mind this tips of you two

This is my first time with perspective

I tried to find the convergence lines (red), vanishing points (blue) and the horizon (green), It's still hard for me to make everything match, so If you have any tips for me It would be great <3
