Hi everybody! I just joined the first term, and it may take me a while to actually start because this next month will be busier than usual, but I'm looking forward to start soon and share my progress here. Nice to meet you all!

Hey 👋 Welcome to the Art School, hope you have fun 😄

Thank you! I'm looking forward to starting soon

Well, I decided to take it slowly. This is the first exercise for Photoshop. Those lines... Oh my, those lines and circles XD

Another free time, another exercise. Or well, I wanted to repeat the same again. This time I think my lines look better. With circles, I don't know if I did it right: for the big circles, I would do it slowly, while for the smaller ones I would use my wrist instead of my shoulder to draw.

I kinda went ahead and tried Photoshop exercise 2. Applying the tools individually went more or less well, but that final picture and trying to apply all things at the same time was harder (that's why there are some mistakes)

Of all the topics I've never saw one person who managed this last exercise with the beach xD It's always noticeable, so don't worry too much about this 😄

Welcome to the forums! Great start and remember, we all start somewhere. I couldn't do the last photo of the image adjustments either (neither can a lot of people), so don't stress about it. I did learn that you can make the corrections in about 3 changes and if you go over 3, you might want to start from the beginning.

Either way, I hope you have fun on your art journey!

Thank you both for your nice comments! The last one was kinda messy, and as Josue said, by making too many changes you end up with something strange.

One more exercise. I tried the composition and it was fun. I don't know how Marc overlapped part of the boat in the video, so I just deleted the parts so they would fit the scenery. I tried to give them all a greenish look to match the prairie and the light.

EDIT: I just noticed that there were flowers that didn't match the proportion of the character, so I used healing to make them vanish.

New day, new exercise. You can still see some black marks from the background (I'm not too accurate with the lasso tool), but I got to add more apples.
