Your stuff's really great. I cant compare. Just let me get that out of the way. There is a universe somewhere where I know 3d and I'm happy.
But if you just need a second look I'll throw two cents if it will help.
The face render is a little derp...just a little though. To me its the eyes direction. It might be just me, I have a feeling they may be crossed just a little. The iris is towards the inner eyeball shape juuuuuuust enough.
Your outfit variations are all plausible. I think it depends on the product IP you would want this to be for.
The second one, I think is the best for' ghost in the shell' style IP. The hood is cool, we have the bikini line sexyness, and that attitude of, "I'm powerful and it's your fault if you stare at my groin too much," displays well with that one the most for me. And the drapery of the hood can offer some good dynamicness when in movement, or shape in an illustration.
But for something like lets say....an overwatch style IP it would be the first one. It would show the character in motion well, offers a dynamic possibility for illustrations, and teases the fact that there is a bikini bottom under there. But you only get to imagine it.
Also to consider, the cloth can be your complimentary or analogous color to balance the character out some more. It could also have a cool pattern on it. Your color render where it there is no cloth, I want there to be the cloth on the light or heavy version. For some reason, to me, outfit variation 1 feels really balanced.
