Man, you made it hard on yourself with these dramatic shadows I can hardly see anything. I'd try to get references with brighter lighting if you're studying something with such small details such as the eyes.
But anyway, I think the structure is good, but at this angle you'd be able to see the entire underside of the top lid. Also, you added too much space between the lid and the eyebrow towards the end. This makes him look surprised even though he isn't in the original picture.
Since this is 3/4 view, everything farther from us will be smaller than anything closer. Notice how thin the lid gets on the side father from us compared to the side closer to us.
