Man, you made it hard on yourself with these dramatic shadows I can hardly see anything. I'd try to get references with brighter lighting if you're studying something with such small details such as the eyes.

But anyway, I think the structure is good, but at this angle you'd be able to see the entire underside of the top lid. Also, you added too much space between the lid and the eyebrow towards the end. This makes him look surprised even though he isn't in the original picture.
Since this is 3/4 view, everything farther from us will be smaller than anything closer. Notice how thin the lid gets on the side father from us compared to the side closer to us.

The drawing is a little crude but I hope it shows what I'm talking about.

Yea I mean I just downloaded some portraits packs for free and just decided to use this one I do agree that its dark af and I will try to avoid dark references from now on but I mean its high res so like I just used it since I'm too lazy to google my own references lol

HI GUYS! Sorry for not posting recently just didnt had time to do anything. But it doesn't mean i didn't draw I just did some shapes in perspective and circle exercises.

But today I did some more 3/4 tracing!

You can see his eyes this time!
As always there's definitely progress here.

You did nice with the angles on the eye to the left, but the one on the right looks a little too much like an almond so I would try to push the angles on that one more. Since he's squinting the bottom lid is being pushed up so you won't see the top of it that much.

Hello guys! A quick update I'm finally finished with 1 of the jobs so I will have a lot of time to draw so expect me to go back to posting every day!

But I still have 1 job and I'm done with it this Sunday so I can slowly start to go full-time drawing. But I will start slow maybe 2 hours and then try to go for 8 or at least 6 a day

Like I said before I did freehand 3/4 before sleep

So I guess I never explained how I'm doing this and its probably the wrong way to do it so just to be sure I'm going to explain it as best as i can lol

How I start is simple I just trace the lane from reference just to measure the size of the eyes, eyebraws etc. And while I'm drawing I'm constantly checking over the ref if its semi-accurate. BUT I NEVER DRAW OVER THE REFERENCE!
Then In nr 2 I put the drawing over the reference to see how I did.
In nr 3 I start to improve my lines because you can barely see whats going on in nr 1.
In nr 4 I check the proportions And in nr 5 I fix the problems
Nr 6 I finally draw the pupils (Because I forgot to draw them in nr 3 for some reason lol,
I usually draw the pupils in nr 3)
And finally nr 7 I draw lines to show the form some more and then I'm done

Let me know if any of these steps I'm doing are wrong

Sounds good to me, Sebastian. I'd probably do it a similar way. Whats important is to regularly get feedback from the reference, which you are doing very well in my eyes!
Also I think that your progress speaks for itself

This looks nice I'd say keep doing what you're doing because it's working.

If you want to push the forms more, I would make the front line of the nose thinner since this is a soft edge in the reference. Also try to make the iris and pupils more like circles, they look a little squished here. That's all I got for critique. Keep it going!

Today I decided on doing 1 more eye freehand 3/4 BUT I didn't had time to finish it So I will post what I have done so far.

Also Tomorrow I will try to shade this eye
