As for the portrait, at least some of my own observations would be that I need to find a less muddy way to render the dark shadows of the hair, avoid fuzzy lines on the neck shadows, avoid leaving too much unfinished

I see your point. I guess you can shade lightly and darken over time.
Interesting doodles For the jumping woman, I think that you should foreshorten the front leg more. The last sketch does look random.
