Greeting!
Here are some of my finished works.
You can also check out my Artstation or my Tumblr artblog.
I think I shall start with some of my finished entries for the monthly challenges of the old Cubebrush forums.
Winter Goddess- December 2014
“My Winter Goddess is a thing of nature. Strong, dangerous, cold, but
also beautiful. The Goddess takes a walk with a companion. She made a
snowstorm the other night, but now the sun is coming up and the scene is
calm, crisp, beautiful.”
(My first entry at Cubebrush and I won runner-up in Bronze with this, so I started competing in Silver from there.)
Supersonic Runner - January 2015
“The supersonic runner is a messenger. Sadly, they got lost on the way
to deliver one very important message and are now running through some
dessert somewhere. They attempt to ask a bird for directions.”
Kaiju vs Jaeger - February 2015
"Though everyone agreed that this new type of category II Kaiju was
rather small and really adorable, they were still as deadly as any
other… and thus the entire planet was doomed."
Superhero vs Supervillain - March 2015
(Sequential art was officially not allowed, but I wanted to make a comic, so I did.)
Wastelands Leader - May 2015
“Fearsome leader of the Wastelands. Lost her eye in battle and her leg by radiation poisoning.”
(I was kind of proud of this at the time, because I painted it in a day and I liked the weird proportions, but it is not my best work.)
Pirates - September 2015

“This ragtag band of pirates is sent out to get treasure. The team is led by Frumpy,
an older and very experienced pirate, who has seen his fair share of
trouble and looks rather weathered because of it. He doesn’t look very
strong or threatening, but he is clever and mean. He’s not afraid to get
his hand (singular) dirty per se, but he likes to order other folks
around. Mr. Muppetface is the type that will cut you if
you make fun of his face. Needless to say, he gets into fights a lot.
He also likes cooking, though. Sparky is mostly just
there to be intimidating and to kick-ass. Ironically, he likes to avoid
conflict if he can. He doesn’t talk too much and when he tries it comes
out as garbled gibberrish.”
(I was incredibly proud of this at the time and it is still one of my favourites now. I just love the wacky designs!)
The Reaper
(The challenge was originally the monthly challenge of October 2015, but I only managed to finish this piece in January 2016.)
“The butterflies are souls, each flutters away after a person has
passed. The Reaper collects them to be able to release them later, in
their proper place. Right now, the Reaper has a lot of work to do. War
is raging…”
National Champion - July 2016
“Under this alien threat every country of the world has sent their best
to defend the earth. Of course, the tiny country of Gouda, tulips,
windmills, wooden clogs and legalised weed could not stay behind, so
they built their champion. The Dutch, the people of the land of orange,
the Netherlands or simply Holland sent this robot to represent their
small, yet marvelous country and to kick alien butt."
(This was the last monthly challenge at the old forums and I placed first in Silver.)
