Term 1 - Stephen D

I did not feel it was necessary to post projects 1 and 2 but here is the Term 1 Photoshop Assignment 3. I really had a good time with this jumping back into photoshop. The original background image had a house on the right side which i used the clone stamp and healing bursh tools to remove and my "Dream House on the left had a car in front of the main portion of the buiding which I did the same procedure to remove the object. The "Dream house was then manipulated and blurred to match atmospheric perspective qualities of the rest of the images. It was then duplicated flipped horizontally and applied over the water with the lower half being removed. To add rim light to the dream house I used a little trick with bevel and emboss where you make the bevel inner and then color grabbed colors from the sky to make the rim light reflect what was going on in the sky. The planets are merely an image found online and then duplicated 3x and set in overlay lighten and flipped horizontally over the water and slightly blurred to give the illusion of reflection. A layer mask was then added with a gradient to darken the right half and lighten the left half of the image. Enjoy!
