I'm feeling quite good about these apples. Although you can clearly see where I've cut due to me being impatient, it oesn't bother me too much. I tried to focus on the shadow and highlights more than cutting the apples perfectly.

I'm not sure how well the tower blends in to the background... I wouldn't be able to fool people with it, saying that the tower was there from the beginning, but I'm not sure what's wrong.

Hey Vadsomful! I like the concept of your latest entry. Like sort of the discovery of an old ruin. At least thats how I see it. However, could you show the images you've used to compose this final piece? As critique I'd say: try to use the image adjustment tool a bit more to match the color on the large building with the rest of the cave. Good luck!

Aye, try raising the blues a bit and desaturating some, fiddle around with it.

Also the angle of the building will give you a much more complicated reflection to deal with as opposed to the simple one most people have been able to do. Try to find a similar image near water... I cant think of any though, maybe some cliffs that are angled like the building.

Oh and put a lot more green into your reflection layer

Right... I may have bitten off more than I could chew. I'm not good when it comes to lighting so this background may not have been the best, since it's got green water and blue light coming from above.
Thanks for the tips though, I will mess around a bit!

Yeah you did take on a bit of a challenge! But go for it! Kick that challenges butt!

Here are the cylinders I did for warm up! I say warm up but since I wasn't focused it took some time... At the end I ran out of perspectives I could draw a cylinder in so I started twisting and bending them but I don't think that I got it right. I quite enjoyed this actually since I thought it was pretty easy and relaxing.

Next is the skeleton over photo references. I didn't quite enjoy this exercise as much, I sort of ran out of patiance by the fourth photo. Did I do them correctly?

Also, here is my drawing of the human proportions! It's quite rough I guess, I don't really like using Photoshop for sketching. However, the main thing which was proportions went pretty well I think, I changed some things that I did but was said in the video and this is what came out of it!
