Animal Figure
No.2
For the second animal drawing I used a triangle to help determine where the big shapes could be. At first I wasn't sure if I was putting them in the right places but as I started to add the smaller shapes I was better able to adjust. And I adjusted many many times.. This one was a little bit more difficult for me because of the posture the dog was in.

Animal Figure
No.3
I wanted to try drawing the animal figure one more time with a slight front pose. Whenever I first start one of these drawing and have the shapes as place holders I find that it can sometimes feel easy to want to start over, but it helps to take your time and pay attention to negative spaces. It also helped when I stopped completely after a few hours and tried again the next day when it got too stressful. Overall it was fun. I do find that I feel more comfortable drawing digitally, which is exciting.
