Hey guys! Not sure if I can put it here since I have it up in my art blog already,. Anyway, this piece (more of a concept) was completed just yesterday and I wanted to share it here and maybe get some feedback and advice!

I think it looks awesome. If anything, you could make it look even more awesome my having the spear go through a wormhole like portal rather than her sleeves. While also at the bottom of her feet there is a wormhole that she emerged from! Although it's just my personal opinion, I tend to be a bit of a romantic.

I really like it!!! Im always weak for good coloring, and boy does this pic fit the bill! The only thing that is distracting me is the anatomy. The body seems abnormally long. While I love the colors and the lighting, the torso and legs are too long for anyone under 7 ft... In fact heres a picture of a 7 ft guy i found on google in comparison to your drawing!

So if she really is that tall.... then awesome! Ahaha! I'm def not the best at anatomy, but her height was the first thing that really stood out. The second part was the feet and the hands. I've linked below a few pictures from SenshiStock that have similar poses. Best of luck!

Also tell us what it's for, or what your goal is that you want to accomplish and that will help us with critique.

I might paintover this for you if you want tomorrow I usually do one 15 Minute Paint over a day.

I am definitely weak with the hands and feet, really do have a bit of things I need to change here. Those references will help! Thanks for taking the time to help! Appreciate it!

This is a painting (more of a concept art ) which I will eventually refine and put in my portfolio. I am trying to actually create an out-of-the-world feel and a captivating and at the same time, intimidating character. The kind of character people are intrigued by but avoids interaction with her out of her intimidating ... aura?

Her shoulders look a bit too broad and her arms are in bit of an awkward position, could be the colouring, though. Nice job . Love the hair !

Okay, so this critique/info graphic can show you how your design can be pushed with shape. This isn't a critique on rendering, or anatomy or anything else, but mainly on design in its most basic elements of shape and rhythm. Hopefully it can help you in your future designs. Look forward to your progress on this one.

First of all, let me thank you for taking your time to do this! Appreciate it greatly!

The stuff about expanding the key points are very new to me and I thank you for helping me gain this new knowledge! I feel that it will help in my future work!

Also, I will work on pushing the shapes to make the pose more dynamic. These are some really good tips! Thank you, once again.
