Your last piece is great, even better considering you had photoshop not long ago.
The eyes are usually the first thing people looks at, and yours have a something strange. Her right one is open above her arch of the eyebrow, wich is a bone (and shouldn't move).
Keep in mind this is only my 2cents and i may be wrong.
Try to bind a shortcut to "Flip canvas vertically" to check your draw on the other side. I tend to do it 100+ time per paintings.
