Hi all,

Currently working on the thumbnail for the challenge. About to figure out colors.

I wanted to go with the idea of a cursed book, and the heroine is about to fight off what is coming out of the book. Set in a library. Going to use sketchup to help get the perspective on the book cases. The bottom right thumbnail is the one I'm going forward with. I decided to go with something more heroic instead of cautious and scared because I want to aim it as an Urban Fantasy image.

Figured out a basic color scenario. I noticed that i'm losing the silhouette of the hands in the thumbnail. Started the drawing now too.

nice image yo...definitely looks cursy.....it's so hard to paint something that looks like a curse, for me anyway

I know I completely missed the deadline for Week 3 challenge but I'm still working on this one. I'm just not fast enough to get something I like done in a week. Here's the progress so far.
