Hey there, I present my Sci-Fi Wind Spirit... I need some tipps and also critique to improve my line art and honest opinion how u like the rendering.... when something hasn´t the right proportion, doesn´t fit composition, etc please tell me

You're trying to draw some difficult poses that's great!

There's a lot of things you can improve but I'll try to keep it short.

• As I said, you tried to make de dynamic pose, that's great! But considering your
  character is moving + standing on a small surface, he should bend a little bit
  more forward to balance the weight of the arm and leg pushing backward.

• The rendering is nice but I think you should make shadows darker to give more sense
  of depth. If you're shy with values, try to make some studies from photos.

• For the line art, try to get rid of those hairy lines: erase them, take you time and
  make sure that every line is connected without anything getting out of the way.
  Then don't use your wrist and start using you full arm to draw, that's how you
  get rid of the hairy lines (gestures drawing helped me a lot with that!). Vary
  the thickness of the lines, don't keep them the same size: If there's light,
  make them thinner, if there's shadow, make them thicker. It will make your line
  art more interesting

• The shoes lack in structure, we don't feel like there are feet underneath. If you do'nt know how to draw it don't be affraid to use refrences! They'll help you going over that kind of problems. I think the arm in the foreground is too long and the hand aren't well defined. However, I find the shoulder piece interesting, If you can keep that sense of volume for
  the whole piece, it would be awesome!

I really like the concept and you have unified design. I think the colors are fine minus the green ball under his foot. With only one ball, I'm not sure what its use is. Dose he use it to skate through the air somehow or something?
I believe the line art can be much cleaner and more dynamic. What I mean by dynamic is having more line weight. I believe Marc goes over this in one of his videos. Check this video out Also here is an image that can help as well.

When it comes to the rendering, I think the lighting is a bit weird. You seem to have this top left light and a blue top right light but there are areas that look a bit odd like the metal piece on the back of the jacket. You need to define the shape better.
Other things I believe you can work on:
Pose - The gesture doesn't flow well right now. The figure looks like its using a lot of 90 degree angles. Use more shapes to construct the body. Hopefully this video can help explain shape usage. Good reference for your case is to look at ice skaters since he is a wind spirit
Proportions and Anatomy - The head connecting to the body feels broken as well as the arms to the body. The bicep and triceps look to big for his body. The feet look odd as well. I also recommend changing to pose of the hands. Look at sprinters and again skaters. Look at reference. Draw the naked body underneath to make sure the anatomy works. Even if the rendering was good, if the anatomy and proportions aren't, it can lower the quality of the piece as a whole.
Rendering - Draw the body in a simpler form that is easier to add lights on to give yourself an better example of how to light your own character...This might not make since the way I wrote it but here's a tutorial video just in case. Seeing as it is a more cell shaded character, things can be a bit more simple. Studying others can help as well.
Now I do like the design the way it is but to enhance it I believe you can have the armor parts look more aerodynamic. Look at jets or sports cars. This will help him look like he can move fast while he rides the wind.

@corne-branche thanx .... actually I got the shadows darker before, but than decided to light´em up. For the line thickness should I use flow on pen pressure or change brush size manually? I never get this right. I struggle with detailing also sometimes, do u have any tipps for that?
@malcom also thanx ... the ball is kinda energy source for him and comes in handy during escaping risky situations, so skating thru the air ... flying. I thought about giving the ball the abillity of form changing (but only after mastering its use thru training). .... The videos will help, so thanx for sharing. I definitely should have used a reference for the pose. That shape simplifying vid comes really in handy, cause I´m trying to draw simple form first and than detailing more, but didn´t used his hourglass and s-curve method to attract attention.

this piece was kinda experiement for rendering and line art, normaly I would do it more like the style of ryan metcalf and laurel austin. My lines are not pretty at all, cause I use them as guide sketch and painting over them later, but I would like to improve my line art although it is only for sketching out a character
