Great model
Ok so, there are a few anatomical problems, not because of general structure and proportions but rather the lack of subtlety that you would have on a female body.
To begin with, her buttcheeks are very boxy, which is common with men. Usually, men's torso are wider than the hips, making the famous "V" shape. This makes them look boxy, and it is also why we associate such forms with masculinity. Having your buttcheeks like this also makes it look like shes flexing them, making them seem unnatural and stiff.
As for another muscle, your trapezius is very masculine as well. Usually, womens shoulders are rather flat and they don't have this muscle popping upwards like men do. In fact, you are misinterpreting some basic anatomy. Here is a picture to illustrate.
In the actual human body for both men and women, our clavicle is kind of lower down, making this sort of shape. You kind of misunderstood this, and overcompensated by adding muscle to the trapezius. Now, another detail is that women usually stands up right more often, making the clavicle visually high up, and making it seem even more flat due to their lack of bulky muscle. Men are usually more hunched over, adding to their trapezius, making it very visual. And since your model is not standing up right as seen by your neck and head that have gone too far forward. Basically; You have some high standing clavicles that indicates standing up right, which the character is not as seen by the neck and trapezius.
Yet another thing to note about muscles, your tensor fasciae and external obliques muscles are not very well defined. These muscles have the hip bone between them, and they create the very feminine vase shape that we recognize in the general female anatomy. Basically, the tensor fasciae is usually the muscle UNDER the hip bone, whilst the external oblique is obviously above, and these two create different planes which needs to be looked into besides making a general shape. The very main issue with this, is not the oversimplification that most of us do, it is the concave shape of your tensor muscle. Visually, from the front, it looks right. As you rotated it however, it looked slightly butchered and just wrong, especially with the hip bone in mind.
You have the general breast location in the right position, however you've not gone into sagging them yet. There is a certain place where they are fixed into, but there will always be some sort of sagging at the size of your characters, making them go further apart from the clavicle than as shown in your model. There is also the major problem of your chest being too flat, and I don't mean the breasts. The torso is slightly tilted (kinda shown in my example), and I always like to imagine breasts like raindrops stuck on top of a windshield. The torso is sort of tilted like a cars front window, and the breast is shaped after that. But your model shows almost a flat line from the clavicle all the way down to the abs, before even bending, to her crotch.
Your back muscles look gentle but sort of stiff, this is mainly due to your female torso being thick. Usually, you will see a variation in thickness when it comes to the female hip-to-torso area. If you can imagine the torso, the abs and the hips being split into three different parts, they usually vary in thickness (from the side). As it stands, it looks very consistent but wrong, because of that.
I'm not great with forearms, so I can't really comment. Your deltoids look very defined however, too bulky, I'd say. And I can see that her serratus is visible, which is very rare with females unless highly muscular. I also believe that your humerus bone is misplaced, as it is a bit too far away from the body. The socket that it connects to the torso, is a bit closer.
As for the face, it is stylized, so there is not much to say--besides that her ears look very manly due to the fatty, round shape it has. Her chin seems too bulky too, and her nose doesn't seem cute or subtle. Her lips are full and nice, I think. And my last issue with this model, would be that the legs are too short!
You have a very nice model so far however, and I hope this didn't seem mean or anything! Am sort of tired so my apologies for not making this too positive, but I really do admire your effort with this Hopefully this was helpful to you!
