Really excited for this cool challenge. The theme that i'm going to make is a civilized old city that built into a modern high rise city on top as a result of rebuilding the city.Will post some update soon.

My initial sketch to show what kind of universe & camera angle ( especially the last image ) that i want to impart in for the work later.
Next phase should be start doing the digital matte painting process.

Here's my concept sheet conclusion :
Mainly i will use the right below corner as my final composition and use the buildings from the sketch as a part of this new city that rebuilt from the old ruins.

Wow... your line sketches are amazing, really love the combinations of old and new you've come up with, the shapes of the architecture are really strong... wish I could do lines like that
