@nagavibz @berrysquare Thanks for the feedback! I love this contest for the fact that it makes me re-think everything I do. I had the most fun doing number 5, but 4 is dynamic so I'm going to try and mix the two and see what I come up with.

An update on the composition sketch. I mixed the spiral line of attention and the sliding action in the pic below. I feel something is mssing, any advice would be great.

So, i figured the spiral comp was too similar to the golden ratio, so I went with that instead and this is what I have. Im feeling more confident with this.

I don't think I have ever drawn this fast in my life. Under the pump to get this final illustration finished! Some clean line-art (i have never done clean art, hot damn it takes time).

An update with some colour. My lack of experience drawing backgrounds is showing badly. By no means am I anywhere near finishing. Will update with an AO pass and detailing in the future. Under the pump to finish now! Please ignore the poor attempt at the effects on what is supposed to be an explosion. Mostly put that there as a placeholder whilst I find some sources on how to paint explosions properly.

Hi, I still like the color variations on his head, as good as on the character sheet ! About his body you should find something to make it clearly come out the background, I think a reddish environment, kinda Mars planet thing could give the contrast and also atmosphere but it is a personal opinion (Otherwise I have few updates since your last come)

Another quick update. I've finished the AO pass on the rest of the image, focusing on creating depth for the image and the push attention towards Beaux. Now time to mess around with the explosion and move onto lighting!

I think I was in the zone today (extra pressure to get this done also helps), but I have finished the lighting and in the little experience and time that I have left, I will say that I have finished the image in its entirety. C&C still welcome and best of luck to everyone!
