Hello! Glad I can join in this awesome challenge

For a rough intro about my character, my character is Velora, the Warbringer.
She is a War Goddess that destroys her foes in war by summoning powerful creatures and magic.

I started by doing some VERY rough silhouettes, without thinking or worrying too much about how the final character will turn out. All I wanted to do was explore the main shape of my character.

Then I decided to do some sketches of my characters costume, based on reference. At this point I thought I should try to figure out roughly what my character will look like in the end.
I thought it would be cool if her face is completely masked in order to capture that mysterious, "Goddess" feel.

Please let me know how you guys feel about these!
In the mean time I'll be doing more sketches and exploring more.

Looking awesome so far. I really dig 1 and 4, 5 is pretty nice too.

Honestly my favorites were 1,4, and 5 also, but i started feeling that 1 and 4 reminds me of a pokemon for some reason. haha

I can see that for 1, I think 4 is your strongest silhouette personally but 5 is pretty badass . I cant wait to see where this goes

Number six in black ropes looks awesome I like that piece of cloth floating over her head and maybe she can use it as a weapon, who knows!

Love silhouettes and the masks, great job.

I would experiment with bigger shapes in the mask.

@the_black_jinglebell Thanks for your feedback I thought it would be a bit too obvious or too 'goddess' with that cloth floating behind her haha

I like the Sketches 1 and 4 of the character. They have more an old and Mystic look. i really like that.
But i don't know how You want to add a golden mask because in my Imagination it doesn't work that well Together.
but i think You will nail it! Looking foreward to what You do with it.

@Iago_Cavalcante woah thanks for the paintover! yeah I guess I was trying way too hard to stay simple, but since the character's outfit is pretty simple I may want to contrast that by detailing the mask. Thank you for your kind feedback, helps alot

@moritz_cremer I may run into problems later so I'm trying my best to resolve it at this stage haha hopefully I'll get somewhere further with these! Thanks for your input
