Pretty nice character, I know it's a wip but my only suggestion is about the skin color, it needs more contrast with the leather or dress color, I guess you have that in mind but just in case : )

Well, for the name you can pronounce it as you want it's okay I won't know if you say it wrong x)

Well in case I can give some advice to say the name correctly:
For the first part it's like the character from John Cater, Dejah thoris and for the second part it's pronounce a bit like the end of the name Daphne (like the one in Scooby doo! xD )

Sooo, I tried to work today but my eyes decided it was cool to act like they were some fireball
I still tried to do stuff, I search for a cool face, overpainted it a bit to make it fit more my character and I got this, still need work though

Hey, welcome back! If you are looking for an epic feel pose, I would recommend to go with B composition. C is close to that, but girl in front might distract viewers from the main character🤔

Yeah B is epic and I really like it, could totally work for the cover of a chapter or the book
But I need more storytelling and C works best for that, and don't worry the girl in front won't distract too much I'll make sure of that
And if it does I'm sure you'll be there to remind it to me so i'll be able to correct it

Busy day taday, but managed to make some progress on the concept
Removed the face from yesterday, it didn't match in the end and added some more details
I need to find her a cool face! (I like taking actress or models for my characters so if you have a suggestion feel free to say it )

In my opinion, you could dull the red a bit and make something around her head (the collar of the cape?) red as well (might look like a slit throat so use with caution! :D). I think the red problem is that it's very unique (across the whole character) and vibrant in the abdominal area, thus pulling the attention too much.
