Alright I think I'm done with the full design, just one last thing I need to find out is the color for the big belt, which one do you feel works better?

Green is my pick too!
And a little tip to keep in mind, (And it’s a fairly simple but very effective trick,) For your colors, aim for warmer highlights, and cooler shadows. I notice that your colors fall a little too much on the grey spectrum, which can be easily fixed by messing with the color balance feature in your art program. I usually slide highlights towards yellow, and shadows towards blue, and it really helps make the peice pop!

I'm torn between red and green (at least I don't seem to be alone XD). The green works better in terms of balance and focal point, yet the red adds some punch, she's just too forest ranger/druid with the green. Maybe go for a compromise and use green with some flavor red accents thrown here and there as decoration, not just on the belt?
In the end, seeing people wonder between the two means both work, the 'better' would depend on finer details, so whatever you choose won't be the 'wrong' choice and it's a small enough detail that you can change in on the fly if you feel like it

I started working on the illustration today, resized and review some parts, added some sun beamz! I promised myself to not paint forest stuff for a while because my latest paintings but seems like I'm going to still paint some (lots of !) leaves and trees xD

I also made some color/mood test, which one do you think works best, there's "dramatic dawn lighting" / "The Hobbit Moon light" / " grey wether Automn light" / and "Sunny day green light" ! Which one do you like more?

I for "The Hobbit Moon light"
but compose is falling on a left side. You has lot of time and can search better compose
or rotate hero with a pet +20-40grad to right side

+1 to everything @teterten said, a way to adress the tilt is to have the trees and the spear counteract it by going the other way as well (but I think that alone won't be enough). To check for strange tilts/mistakes, flip the canvas every so often so that you see it with some fresh eyes

The character in the foreground is too big. All attention falls on the dark loop on the right, and not on the main character.
