So I found out about this contest late, and didnt have the time required to finish. My apologies, but rather than make excuses Ill just share my work so far, and will try harder to meet the deadline next time!!!

My character is an Esper, from a post-apocalyptic near future. The world has mysterious dust that gives psychic powers to people and also powers lost technology. This Esper is a scavenger who can manipulate the laws of physics with her mind, but augments her abilities with exo suits she builds with her mind.
