colours look good the composition in my opinion could be a little more dynamic, but that could just by personal taste as i like splash art type illustration. Maybe dont have their hand facing flat towards the camera? hands are very important when it comes to the gesture . I would also avoid cropping off the feet

Thanks a bunch for the feedback. I'll answer 1 thing at a time

Colors:
I do plan on adding more colors. Probably some yellow like you suggested and maybe some bright reds. I do need something besides the dark blue and red purple-ish body suit color. Since I painted most things on a single layer, changing the colors will be a bit tricky but I will try. Hopefully some time next week I'll have a new update.

As far as her powers go...well lets start with the wings. The wings are like a car exhaust so there's energy coming out of the Wings and she can control that energy to shot energy beams or make planet size balls of energy to defeat her enemies. (This is my version)
But this is a story element in the piece that I actually enjoy hearing different opinions on. To my some of my friends, it gives a nostalgic feeling. Other think the wing part is projecting plasma energy so she can potential fly. There were other things but I forgot them.

Being too in front was kinda an aesthetic choice. I can try making the canvas more wide. I'll try to work on the shoe thing as some things aren't final yet.

Thanks a bunch for the feedback. I'll probably post this on some other social groups and try to see what others think. I totally know what you mean about having to much feedback.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. The original reason I went with a composition like this is because I like the poster look. I plan on changing the hand at this point. Not sure what im going to do just yet. Will play with ideas.

I dig the composition!

thank you. Glad you like it so far

Looks nice! I like the new setup, good luck for the rendering of the mecha!

Not sure if this could help (and sorry to be so late to found this, only now)...maybe the robot could point his left (or right) arm to the camera, and push forward to take the speed up...(problem will be the legs too, which look too static as well...and need some fixes...).
If it is doing some super speed ?

But I totally understand if you can't do this...it probably needs a lot of time to manage all these fixes...

Your character look nice in the middle of this ^^

@rgdraw thank you. I will try

@mr_dessin Firstly thanks for the feedback. I had some other version of the arms but I couldn't get them to work quite well. I tried changing the arms a bit which I will post on here soon. I think what I'll do is change the background to have the character in a factory or something so the static pose makes more since. Again thanks for the feedback.

Its looking good, and your rendering is sure to look awesome.

I look forward to seeing the other arm positions and how it might be updated.

thanks. I'll try to get those up tomorrow

Well...the very first one seems more interesting than the others (to me).
But do what you think is the best for you.

I also think the first one looks more interesting. The mech pose is more interesting and I feel like the position of the hands helps to frame the cockpit, which in turn helps to stay in the image.

Awesome progress, the mech is cool! I'll jump on the number 1 bandwagon for arm pose.
My only suggestion would be to play with the mech head position, maybe make him/it look in the same direction as the pilot, because he's still a little stiff. If you do go with a factory/repairs background, then disregard the whole head thing
Good luck, looking forward to the final!
