If you have to go that way, why not a big cigar ? (maybe too cliché/blockbuster ?)

Otherwise, nice armor !
Maybe a bigger gun ? (or other weapons on his back or something ?)

It's nice magician too (the very first on bottom left corner could be interesting)...but I don't know your very first idea (huge hamster with armor) was fun ? ^^
Anyways, I really know the feeling too (and others for sure).

Otherwise do some really quick silouhettes (black with some tints of white or colours).
It helps to find things you've probably never found...(I know it's easy to say but try to think out of the box).

Man, I was really digging the scifi hamster concept. I suppose silly scifi cute animals has been done, but so has everything else.... sooooo ..... MAKE A SUPER HAMSTER! DO IT!

And I believe that the edit settings for the topics are locked in for forum formatting reasons, but perhaps one of the moderators will help you out with that.

I've heard somewhere that there is such thing called perspective line.Dont know if i've used it correctly,maybe it's just a bunch of lines without any sense,but at least i've tried
