I like where this is going. I'd say either 2 or 4 for me.
I think that color pallet 4 might be a better match, but at the same time none of them were bad. I just kind of pictured goth elf from the various expressions you had going, and that just makes my mind zip to really pale.
But again, none of them are bad. The bone and feather tone is quite tight.

the purple, grey and ivory tones work!
Maybe reducing the sickle's yellow color can balance it out. ( Iron, silver, copper, ceramic color / material ? ) or a glossy purple .. ( Michelle Pfeiffer in stardust )
But as in your concept ... heighten the purple a bit more perhaps. See what works.

I am loving this! I feel like our ideas are similar in a way. My character is going to be a hero. She is going to be able to control the animals that she helps! Also a young character. Will be following this closely!
