Missed my update yesterday due to busyness, but tonight I finished up my final design and gave it a color pass, fairly happy with it, but I'm never totally sure when it comes to picking a final color pallet, so we'll see if that changes again

Are you going to put colours on these head markings maybe ?

@mr_dessin I feel the exact same way lol I'm gonna be trying a few different combos today. Looking back at it, I feel like he should maybe be a little darker in places, not getting enough "evil" vibes. The head markings I was planning to just leave as scarring, but maybe. Thanks for the feedback.

Okay re-evaluated my life and all the decisions I have made therein, mostly focusing on my color choices and I've narrowed things down to two possibilities that I feel represent the vibe I'm going for, let me know what you think please

Now that's hard to decide haha (maybe 2, but probably 1 will match better with your blades...in the end why not a green new model ? just saying like that ^^)

I actually tried a couple green comps and I just couldn't get on board with any of them because it would have needed to be a pretty dark green and at that point I may as well just paint him black lol

I kinda like 1 better as it has a better visual balance (for example the darker boots are better pushed into the shadow of the drapes/cloak/leg fabric (what was that called, speaking is hard? XD). Or it's just that the blue is a bit too strong/vibrant so maybe dull it a bit?
In any case, he's coming along nicely!

Both color palette works nicely but I have to admit, the right one is really cool! It's the one I would go for without question (and that doesn't happen a lot xD)

@sparksofdawn For sure! finding that balance was something I was trying to find in both pallets, will for sure be tinkering a little more to make th emost of it.
@rgdraw I'm torn between them haha but I may just end up going with that one in the end if I don't find something new before then.

Finally able to update again with commissions out of the way for a breath, polishing up my completed character sheet and I'll be pumping out some full illustration ideas because I'm eager to get working on that as well.

I know this probably won't work...but that would be nice if we see your baldes (& complete) under your character (instead of your blades cut at the middle).
But that is just a small detail ^^
