In the midst of WW1.
Aiming to inspire their troops and unleash Hell upon their opponents, French army built a deadly automaton led by the charred remains of the Saint Joan of Arc.

I've been working on the colour, refining the concept; spent too much time on what should only been a concept >< but had fun; I'd gladly continue but gotta switch onto the illustration.

While doing the sketches, I had in my mind the works of Florian Satzinger and Victor Quaresma.

Soooo, here's the latest entry.

As the first world war is raging, French elite decide to disinter the remains of saints and War heros to enroll them as champions; what could possibly be both more frightening to the enemy and empowering the their army than an incendiary joan of Arc ?

Well, turned out she had not forgotten who burned her...

Here is a concept of the character and a shot of her in action !
