Pretty sure I am going to settle on this overall design. It's a play on the legend of Halcyon, but futuretech 
Looks great so far. that right on kick/ foot is the only distracting thing at the moment. maybe have it going outward doing some sort of attack? show what spell effect it does? looking forward to seeing the final results.
I see what you're saying for sure, perhaps I will reorganize her leg. I was going for dramatic action
you can still get that power and energy. even a lot of the pros don't do front on the action. GL kick ass

Okay I think I am getting this down....Here's my linework! It took me days and days because I just had a baby. And he really hates when I draw more than anything. But I am stubborn and I can't help but try.

So my kids are sick. And it has been pretty difficult to get to my art. But flirting with the idea of this storm dragon concept. 😕. I really just wish I could mess with my composition more but time and responsibilities are not on my side. 
New composition or nah? 
Well. I think I am settled on this composition currently. I don't have much time left and the new baby is making this pretty hard but no matter what I won't be embarrassed from this point on out. 
DONE!
This has been quite a journey in such a short time. I've met some fabulous artists that I wouldn't have otherwise. I learned a lot quickly. And my goal of competing in an Art War has finally been met! Thank you so much, @bluefley and @cubebrush for this amazing and fun opportunity! I'm so proud to have done this under the constraints of time and with a brand new baby.
