LIGHTNING TROOPER.
An elemental warrior of lightning, wielding lightning powered weapons. This warrior's weapons are charged from the electricity in the atmosphere. His backpack drags lightning out of the sky and it is released through his sword and pistol.

This character is the lightening element. His weapons draw their destructive power from the atmosphere. Arcs of electricity surge throughout his armour,
forks of lightning are discharged through his sword and pistol.

I'm not sure if this edit has really changed the image fundamentally. I think it is an improvement, hopefully it is a refinement rather than losing any vibrancy when compared to the earlier edits. Please feel free to comment.

Pushing it in a slightly different direction.I felt that the military helmet was not magical enough, so I replaced it with a shock of white hair. I have also added goggles and increased the colour.
