Hello!

Miss Lightning is an attacking type of character. She creates her weapons by taking electricity from the air. She could have been simply throwing around lightning bolts, but she adores firearms and is well versed in them. That electric guns of hers ball-lightning bullets.
She is well tempered; she doesn’t care about looking fashionable, because her clothes constantly get ripped to shreds due to many fight she gets in. Her feet are bare, it helps her to conduct electricity through her body.
She works for the government solely because of the good salary, insurance and cookies with milk.
