@tenshi.cg I actually never was a fan of extending the deadlines of any challenges. It's like working with some task and not finishing it in time... Then how to judge the time you spend and how much you can do or don't...
@ngov3d It was actually plenty of time to make entry for a challenge... And if somebody finds out 2 days before competition ends about it? Should we extend deadlines for them? Don't think so... Not a good point for those who made their work for all this time and tried to finish it in time...

Yes, it's a fair point; but now i think a lot of people already decide not to enter bcs they'll know they will need more than a couple of days, so i don't think new people will enter the contest. The idea it's more for people already finishing their concepts/3D and bcs of their jobs can't give the final touches, it's been hard days for everyone this year.
But i understand your point. I will finish mine though even if i don't reach the deadline.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but this is a long thread.

Should our final entry be in the first or last post on our topic?
The rules say to click the submit entry button on the first post of the topic, but many people who are finished are putting theirs at the bottom as far as I can tell, (and presumably clicking the submit entry button at the bottom also) so just wanted confirmation if either way makes a difference. (It did in other artwars)

@moirae it's up to you, when submitting the final art, you will get to choose which pictures from the entire topic you want to include.
You remember well about the last Art Wars, we changed it to make the process easier for participants

Dunno if it happened to others, maybe I just have to wait, but I tried to update my entry, the thumbnail couldn't be made, so I canceled, and now the "update entry" button isn't here anymore.
My post just in case:

Fiu, finally done, I guess I never spent so much time on a design and illus. It's quite fantastical but I tried to keep it believable as the story is real. Zumbi, last king of Palmares. Palmares, or Little Angola, was a federal republic of villages built by escaped slaves in the Brazilian forests at the beginning of the 17th century. Many leaders lived through the history of Palmares but the last one was the most veneered, even to the point of seeing him as an Orisha, the African god of war. …

I have the same problem. I just tried to submit my entry but the button fornit just vanished. I can only reply,nothing else... i hope it's just a minor error and will be fixed soon 😊

Having the same issue actually, i hope the last images could still be considered for the entry to be valid, but if somebody could clarify the situation it would be great
