Funny girl 
Like her big pauldron from the right concept. It makes her even cuter. Maybe you can try to make her sword wider? I think it'd make the silhouette more interesting. The contrast of a small cute character and a big sword 
Right one looks more interesting. ^^ I think you'll be well served by adding more clutter and/or accossories on her though. 
I agree with meonika on the sword though. That handle combined with the super thin blade looks a bit weird. I think you can definately pull off some cool proportions on the sword by playing around with it though. ^^ Thicker blade and/or thinner/longer handle is my own reflection. XD
