Good day! I was hoping someone could provide me aid in changing my user name. I wish for it to change to "LazyRat", and for my profile picture to be the one I uploaded to my Cubebrush account, but have found no way of doing so as of this moment. Any aid would be greatly thanked and appreciated!

Hi! I have changed your username. Unfortunately I can't change the profile picture myself, but if you haven't tried already, you can try uploading it from a different browser, or try uploading it again after clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see if that works.

Strange, when opening Forum Profile on the actual forum, it gives me no option to change my profile picture, and whenever I attempt to do it outside the forums, even in different browsers, I get a 404 Error. Any ideas on how I can get past this?
To change your profile picture you have to go on your profile (not the forum profile as you found out). The same picture will be used for both. As for the error, does it happen right at the beginning when you press "upload new" or at the end when you try to confirm the picture you've uploaded?
Ah, I see, I've done that now, but still doesn't seem to be showing up on my forums profile picture, yet when I click around the normal cubebrush website, it shows the profile picture without any issue! How strange... as for the error, it simply happens whenever I click on "Forum Profile" outside of the forum page, like when on the main website part of Cubebrush. As for right now, I did upload the picture again, but still, nothing has changed. Sorry for the further trouble with this issue!
No worries! I've seen some users being able to change their profile pictures when having trouble with it after waiting for a few days before trying again. So I'd recommend you to let it sit for a few days before trying again. And let me know if it works or not 🙂

So it's been a few days, and so far it seems my profile picture has yet to update. Strange... I'll try looking into it more, and let you know what happens. Of course, any help is always welcomed.
