Hello everyone!! I'm Chey (pronouned "shy"). I'm a 20-year-old college student who has been drawing for a long time as a hobby, but I am now starting to take it much more seriously because I realized there is nothing else that will make me happy to do with my life.
I struggle to take time to practice and teach myself, so I finally joined Art School. I think having some direction is gonna help me a lot!
I'm really looking forward to learning a lot and hopefully making friends with you all along the way. I guses I'll pop some recent drawings in here to show where I'm at before starting class!
These are some figure drawings I did from imagination! I think they look pretty nice, but these are drawings that I make when I feel like I get lucky, I guess? I want to do better and make the quality consistent!
This here is the best digital drawing I have done to date. This took me multiple drafts over a couple years because I accidentally deleted the original and forgot about it (which was a blessing in disguise). It's supposed to be Bakugou and Kirishima from My Hero Academia. I cannot draw a background to save my life, if you haven't guessed already. I'm really excited to learn perspective and draw environments! If anyone read all this thank you and I'm excited to learn with you!
I really hope I'll remember to document my progress here. LOL
