Hello everyone! I'm asking here since i don't know elsewhere to do so.

I've got this little problem that bugs me on every piece i draw currently. The color saturation between my Xp pen artist 15.6 pro tablet and my computer is always off.

It's annoying to spend hours on a drawing, refining the colors endlessly and when i look at it on my pc screen, all the colors are dull, not vibing at all like on my tablet.

Does anyone have advices on how to resolve such a thing? i currently have to play a lot with filters and layer color properties to get something acceptable but it's not quite how i'd like it.

Btw i'm painting on krita, if it helps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi!
Sadly it's just the nature of digital art.
The color calibration of every screen/device is different. You can calibrate your pc screen (I've never used a screen tablet, but maybe you can do it as well?). But that won't solve the inherent problem, because every other person will see your art on their own device.

If you ever print your art, every printer is producing different colors as well  So test printing is mandatory, so that you adjust your art for the printer you'll use.

My best advice is to see how your art looks on a bunch of different screens and find a good middle ground. Hope it helps!

Edit: I forgot to add, if you have a Mac display, it has generally truer colors, so use it as reference. The same might be true for the screen tablet, but I don't know how true Xp pen's color calibration is.

Thank you very much for the reply. I guess i'll try to calibrate my PC screen a bit.
