hi ... u should work on the three things u mentioned (lighting, tone, color). Maybe start from greyscale to get the proportions and values right. Marc has some nice tutorials on offer.

I agree on what @creartive said . Maybe also try to loosen up your linework, it looks all very straight. A face has wrinkles and lines. The overall linework is very stiff. You have a good Eye, so keep up the practice! Thats all thats lacking 
Also the iconic stuff from wonder woman is missing- in this case her head decor
