Hey artist, we hope everyone is doing fantastic. Today is beginning of Cubebrush first challenge event where all of us come together with the combined goal of improving together. 
This Months Theme: "Fundamentals of Posing"
For the month of April we will have weekly challenges where each artist works on particular tasks.

Briefing
- Each Week will have its own challenges and daily goals to complete
- Each week we will have a new post for each challenge
- The deadline will be every Saturday this week unless specified.
- Detailed challenge rules will be posted in the week to week post.
- At the end of the month, we will have a forum post dedicated for you guys to give us feedback
General Rules
- Entries can be in any medium (2D/3D/4D?)
- No AI Art is allowed
The Breakdown
Week 1 will be a focus on drawing shape and form.
- Understanding shape and form is important for drawing most things in art. Having a good understanding of shape and form will aid you in understanding the human body. Task for the week will be posted in the weekly post.
Week 2 will be a focus on gesture.
- In this week, your daily goal should be to do a minimum of 10 gesture drawings per day. On the final day, artist you post your 5 favorite gesture drawings and your 5 least favorite. Daily plan ideas will be posted in the weekly
Week 3 will be a focus on Construction/Mannequinization.
- In this week, artists will be given tasks to follow to build up their skills. We will continue to do some gesture drawings this week as well, but, you can do less as the focus is on construction/Mannequinization.
Week 4 will be a focus on creating a pose sheet.
- In this final week, your main task is to draw a minimum of 5 poses with flat colors for:
A.) an existing character you like(for ex: Goku, Kratos, Chun-li)
B.) your own original character
Using reference, try to pick the best poses that suit your character personality or ones you find to just be fun to draw.
