I'm really sorry to do another time the same question has been posted by others users, but I still don't understand. The format of a project is refered to the look of this, like a square or a rectangle and other forms. In the rules I can read "final illustration at least 2048X2048(any format)", what I've understood is: I can do at least a square of 2048X2048 pixels, but, I can even change its format and so, do a rectangle of 5000x7000 pixels(for example) because the important is that one of the sides it's not smaller than 2048 pixels.
In the end: we can do a rectangle or it has to be a square at least of 2048 pixels?

@marika You can do a 5000x7000 rectangle for the Final Illustration.
Concept Sheet has to be 2048x2048 square.

Hey Max, it's mainly to give a solid chance to evaluate everybody. The concept sheet is all about concept art, while the final illustration is well... about illustration - two different disciplines. This way we can really see who the more complete artist is

It also has a secondary bonus of being a good method to prevent cheating.

I'm getting this issue too. I'm uploading a piece that's 3471 X 2048 that's 3.27 MB large, and it gets reduced to 2777 X 1638. I even tried reducing the DPI to 150. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks!

@HelloAlexVo you will need to make the file size smaller - either make the image a bit smaller, or compress it a bit.

I'll break it down for you.
1. Go to Art Challenges.
2. The click on either the 2d or 3d art war catagories(whichever one you want to enter.)
3. Then from there you click on "New Topic" and name your title name accordingly.
(ARTWAR | 2D or 3D | You character name | Profile Name)
That should help you out.
