Hello friends!
Wow, it's been a while that I don't share my progress here.
I still practice every day (or most of them, to the best of my ability), just haven't been posting here as often. But I think I'll start doing that again 
I'll cluster the pieces in 2 areas: progress on Art School and others.
Art School Progress
Finished the nose studies, moved on to the mouth and now I'm finally wrapping up the eyes.

I feel that my rendering still sucks, so ended up just studying more the outlines instead of going full-on render (but will definitely start practicing more of that soon).
And you know me, for everything we learn here, I try to "understand and break the rules", so I can understand how to apply them to stylized versions of my drawings.
In this one here I'm trying to breakdown the eyes (and the rest) according to what I've seen so far in the anatomy classes, but on a stylized character (Any Avatar fans out there?)
OTHERS
I haven't done much of my "character breakdown studies" in a while, mainly because I was focusing on helping my wife with her book and drawing the characters.
The latest addition is some progress on the second lead character (gonna be the cousin of the first one) and we've been busy!
Here is the first try. The character ended up being way too old for the story to make sense, so we moved on to another try.
Some studies of more childish like versions of both characters. We liked that direction and moved on, with some adjustments.
Finally ended up with a version we both liked and proceeded to render

I'll go back posting more often so I don't end up with huge posts like this one 😅
