Hi guys, this is my first time posting here and I'm quite excited to show my works! I created a concept for a female fantasy- inspired character with some medieval and high fantasy elements into her design.
I would love to receive your feedback and see what you think of my work, I usually have a difficult time using brighter and more vibrant colors in my artworks as well as I was wondering if the colors look bland and if the overall design is good.

I think she looks really good! I like the colors and her overall design. The armor is pretty cool!

I'll say that her head feels a bit too small compared to her body, which looks fairly tall and broad. It may simply be an illusion caused by the armor though, but I think it's still worth checking just to make sure.

Another small thing is I think taht the boots attract too much attention. You typically want your focal point to be around the character's face since that's where our attention will naturally go anyway and honestly, if you look just at her upper body, you've been really succesful with that. The details of the armor along with the bright golden color really brings attention the her face. But when you look at the full body, I feel like the boots also fight for attention and it's a bit distracting. Maybe removing some of details or even toning down the color could really help with that.

Beyond that, I think it's excellent! The rendering looks nice, I love the use of different materials and the design just looks cool. I hope this was helpful

Thank you so much for your great feedback I really appreciate it! I will check out the proportions again and see how the head compares to her body and make the boots less saturated so they don't stick out as much.

I've tried to trace the underlying anatomy, and this is what I came up with. You're welcome to a second opinion of my red scribbles, but I'm not sure how you would fix the anatomy without going back to the drawing board... Maybe just cutting out and resizing the legs would help? Just my opinion though.

Hi, thanks for the critique! I will go back and make some more changes on the anatomy it's always more exciting to work on the details so I usually forget to double check the proportions on my characters.
