i think b works better because the added lines in a aren't curved at all so i think it doesnt work well with the overall shapes of the character
but all in all good work so far !

I like the direction you're going in with B. In A she's a mostly fantasy character, but the angular nature of the lines feel very science fictiony, like she's an android. The feathers in B (or are they swirls?) fit the rest of her design more and complement her hair.

Oh my! I like it a lot!
Not sure what to suggest, even tho I want to, I'm completely in awe!
And btw, people are right! Angular lines through her body gives me sci-fi vibes about her, which could actually work, if you check out "Asura's Wrath" they pull out mix between demigods and sci-fi androids quite well! (Deities have similar lines on their bodies, and have lots of sci-fi tech at their possession that still feel like fantasy magic stuff, you should look it up, if you don't know about it!)

@alecksandrs Thanks a lot for the kind words dude ! And about giving you a critic on your work, not gonna be possible I don't like your work...just kidding definitly gonna take a look at that

Here's an update on my angel design, back to the feathers, refine most of the fabrics, added the end of the spear, and change her heart in a heart shape (makes sense right ? xD )

Corrected also few things on the illustration, heart shape, feathers, added her halo

The design of her weapon is one of the best aspects of her overall design! But sadly on splash art most of it is blocked by the antagonist, which kinda sux in my opinion =[
I think you don't need that much of her antagonist in the final art piece (since its main purpose is to show champion in all its glory, perhaps it is better to remove antagonist completely and give more focus to your champion?)
But hey, that's just my thoughts xD

I kind of agree with @alecksandrs: You could move her sister more to the right still and make it more about the Angel of Light.

One thing that I've been wanting to comment on are the legs. They're okay but they're also just hanging there, the pose being not totally dynamic. I hope you don't mind, I did a few quick, rough, ugly doodles-over to suggest some other options for some poses that might feel more dynamic, as if she's sprinting in mid-air, or flying forward with one knee up.

If you like this direction for the poses, look at lots of comic books: there are always people flying in comic books so comic book artists have practiced a lot of wonderful, strong dynamic poses for doing so. Another resource to check out: League of Legends splash screen art: Riot goes in for the very strong perspective on their splash screens, and seeing how they do it for many of those might help inspire you with your illo, which also has a really strong, dynamic perspective.

Anyhow, hope you don't mind the paint-over, and good luck!

Thanks for your input @alecksandrs ! So i made two version based on that which one do you like more guys? Still a lot to do but we're getting there!

I'm gonna take a little break from this to refresh my mind just 2 or 3 days, going to work on other stuff, but I'll be there to respond !

I think you should do a little bit of both, If you will decide to still keep antagonist in there, I would suggest you to move her more to the right, to the point where we can clearly see the weapon, and maybe we see only arm or something like that of her enemy. Or you could leave that beam of light from her staff to fill in emptiness on the 2nd image, or some kin of fluid fusion like she has on her right arm!
No problem, I can do just this much while I'm having my exams, all I do for my own work is looking for references, xD.

I agree the legs are weird and i was thinking about changing that and the thing on her legs doesn't help at all for the reading of the posing
Which is why i want to take a little step back to see this more clearly, and i will probably go toward n°3 which was what i had in mind in the begining (I actually tried n°2 and it didn't work, it was so awkward xD )

I think the first one is better, it gives a "frame" for your picture, but my opinion is also is like @alecksandrs , that maybe the best choice is between the two version somewhere, because the opponent character is hide the Angel`s weapon which is to good to not see.

Alright so here's what I did, I enlarge the canvas again to include everything, I try to correct the legs, is it working @mdashow ? and detailled few parts here and there

I wouldn't personally say "correct" so much as "improve." They weren't not working before, but the new more dynamic pose is definitely an improvement!
You've shifted the position of the opponent slightly: When you get to rendering her more tightly, you might consider moving her hand down a bit so that it's not on a tangent with the bottom point of the weapon.
