Hey, fanowll. I would recommend you not to stick to the first concept you've made, and try different camera angles. Dealing with perspective could be quite a painful experience, but I'd suggest using some simple 1 or 2 -point perspective grids (as PS brushes or just from google images) to block out things. Keep up the good work!

Nice lighting on the last one! Keep it up! Try to add some more elements on the empty spaces in the sides of the city. You can use abstract brushstrokes to suggest trees, rocks, etc and see what works for you.
And something else I noticed is, the circular-kind of shape of the left mountain is a little weird, it gets a little distracting there. Try to simplify it, or move it around, see if it fits anywhere else.

This city is located in the lifeless body of an angel fallen on an abandoned Roman city when the area began to be consumed by lava and debris from the divine battle between good and evil.
Monks took advantage of the body and resources of the angel to establish a civilization; the biggest advantages were that the angel created an oasis with a lake of holy water as well as made the nearby area fertile also the ring of angel was used to create a protective shield for the whole city where only beings of pure soul can pass.
