Hi everyone. Since the topic is old+new. My concept is a japanese island, with OLD building, and NEW flying houses. I always love Ghibli's world and want to create my own fantasy world. A world that feels nostalgic but at the same time having exciting surreal things.

Hi there, nice job so far, I love your idea and your colors
One thing that kinda bothers me is the eyes on the balloons, on the top one in particular. They are drawing a bit of unwanted attention there. I don't hink you should remove them, just tone down the contrast a bit to avoid unnecessary focus there.
