I can totally understand the feeling of frustration you are going through. But always keep in mind, working and living pff something you truly love is a privilege, one a very small percentage of the population can say they have. Just persevere, keep doing what you love, be humble, and the rest will come

@snakker thank you & that's very true! though nowadays luckily we have so many resources to be able to do the things we love for a living i just think "when will it be my turn" i know once i get my "dream job" i may end up missing this journey i was on haha

What I've been working on lately, only doing quick studies plus some rendering practice at the moment i need to practice more before i try to do another illustrative piece

Does anyone have any good resources on drawing environments in natural habitats? all tutorials i seem to find are for cityscapes which is only helpful to an extent i also find it very hard to scale my characters correctly in natural environments

shapes and lighting practice

I see improvement with my poses/anatomy drawings when I spend a long time on them, but my goodness gesture is something else. I hope by the end of this year, doing it consistently will give me less deformed results

Most recent piece, practising a lot of perspective. Trying to do the "easier" things to help me get more of an understanding then I want to practice more natural environments. Also trying to become more comfortable with values
