If you could let me know which design you think works best, that would be much appreciated. I do like his original character design but i want to push for more options.

This character is one i created during my fundamentals of character design course and i really liked him so wanted to develop him further and add him to my portfolio. He is a "peacemaker" named Jojee, he has healing powers (doesn't fight) I used monk robes (Kesa) for inspiration for his outfits. I want to add a little pouch to his design because he collects herbs to heal people

B and C give more of a fighter vibe. For a healer I like A, and D. I looks nice too but seems like someone more hm sophisticated maybe high rank healer, it's the forehead thing and longer sleeves. G looks good for a wandering healer outfit seems more practical.

Rounder and soft parts fit peacemaker more

A and D gives me that peaceful feeling. Maybe because you kept the clothing shape simple which help aid the peaceful feeling.

I've not drawn in about 2 months, I'll be starting an anatomy course at the end of January so thought it was time to pull myself out of the gutter. I'll be posting on here a lot more.

Continuing on with this character design, any opinions/critiques or opinions on what to change/add are welcomed. I need to look at more ref for the anatomy of clothing, under the cloth covering his body are his pouches he stores herbs/potions

Yo this is looking really cool! Given the detail on the facial features, maybe id flesh out the ears and hands just a bit more

my course starts in 12 days so i'm trying to get the hang of drawing faces again, here is some random things i've been working on

Slow and steady with this design haha. Opinions welcomed. (rendering not finished and i have lots of cleaning up to do on this piece)

So i am not sure on the shape design of the hair i do want to keep it interesting rather than him having a shaved head which most monks chracter designs do.
I might add some sort of symbol on his forehead i'm not too sure.

I'm trying to get this piece ready for portfolio reviews coming in April and an art event in May.
