I like the overall Idea of this painting but I think you should work a little bit on your anatomy like the hand doesn't really seem right and maybe give some parts ( for example the horns from the woman holding the rose ) more definition and shading

Wow! It's been a while, but I can definitely see the progress you've made in this short amount of time! Really liking this new painting. There are some small things that seem weird, like her toes and the left woman's ear, but what really seems to stand off is the hair! Although they are supposed to seem ribbon-like, you've taken it to the extreme! Anyway, nitpicking aside, GREAT job!

The Judge, even though frightening, never failed to make the right decision. His peaceful nature made every judgement he had to make torture, because even though he always knew the right thing that had to be done, he hated to express it, and have it executed. He never meant any harm, and therefore he never dared to focus on execution himself, he was rather driven to help the people he loved so much, even though protecting them meant to harm those that got out of line and start to become danger themselves. The Judge was well respected, and even though he hated them to do this, also feared.

This is a concept I'm working, it's a little training for the school I want to apply to next year, also Portfolio building.

Another one, this is the legislative, the one who makes the laws. She never shows any emotion and hides her true face behind this mask. In solitude she forges laws to contain the human destruction and prefers to never bestow judgement herself, and even though she never shows what she truly thinks, she despises everyone who needs to be judged.

I'm loving those two character concepts (the Judge and the Legislative). Will there be more of the same serie?

As for the girl in the following post, she looks nice overall. As usual your faces a lovely. There's only two minor things I'm noticing. The first is her neck and the second are the folds on her breasts. The anatomy of the neck is something I still struggle with, but the neck muscle will usually join up in the triangular area of the shoulder blade. As for the fold, I'm not even sure if they are even necessary to be honest. I did a quick paintover to show what I mean.

As you may noticed I also added a bit pink to her hand. That's just because I liked the pinkish variation around her nose and I thought it would work there too. But I guess it's not really necessary

And lastly, I already commented on your last piece in the thread you made in the art center, so I'll just say it looks awesome. Great job!

Yes, I'm trying to work on the Executive right now as for the series, I thought of it as an exercise because next year I want to apply to the CGL in Cologne, I really really want to study there and to get in you have to create a Concept for a game with a certain topic they give to you, as this years topic was "Democracy" I thought I'd give it a go and practice. So yeah, I'm still working on it, glad you like them!

I really like your paintover, I will take a look at necks, I always forget to use refernce for such things, I make it harder for myself than it should be. So thanks for the reminder! I'll revisit the piece when I have some time ^-^

I will post some sketchbook stuff here as well, I have tons of drawings in there, so I'll compile them and put 'em on here when I have the time, so more to come :3

Guessing the story is that a girl walks into her home of her parents arguing, goes upstairs to paint a picture that can bring them together if I had to put it simple. I don't know much about storyboarding but it seems fine to me. Sorry I can't help more. Keep up the good work though. You've really been improving a lot since the last time I seen your blog.

A study. It took soooooo long to get myself to do this, I HATE drawing from reference like this ... ´takes all my creativity ... anyways, critique welcome, i know that the perspective on her fave is wrong and lots and lots more, but I'm so tired of this thing, calling it done for now

A little WIP. FINALLY SOMETHING. I'm in the middle of exams and dying, it's my last year at school and I'm so done, I just want to graduate and GET AWAY FROM THAT STUPID SHITSHOW OF A PLACE. Sooo been drawing pretty sad stuff lately, it helps to make me chill again. I hope to have more time soon to make more art because I really want toooo but no time.
