Here's the YT video I've made [ https://youtu.be/FhNcsH447os ]

Okay. So I have a practice I deem "Art Studies," even though these might not seem like the traditional art studies you may be used to ( i.e. drawing from life or reference photos in the real world ). My method involves screenshots from video games or movies. I have now completed the art studies for Journey ( via screenshots ). This took me a year to finish, for many reasons.
This has been my first series, so it is highly experimental ( I largely did not know how to go about it for the most part, but I simply kept going ). The time I took for these varied widely, though for the most part each one was anywhere from 10-25 minutes or so. A selection of my studies are below. You can post your thoughts if you want to. Enjoy!
Too great. I am really impressed with your manuscripts, especially the 100-character set in such a short time. I also love the way you color sketches like the draft of the night sky, and also the super spider. What kind of pens do you usually use and what color media do you use for your sketches?

Here is my latest drawing of my Art Collections. What are these? I take a screenshot of a character, enemy, etc. from a game and use it as a "base" for a traditional drawing. They are traced ( very loosely ). Why? Because it saves time, and time is priceless. Originally, when I began this practice my drawings were literally all black, since I had no idea how to be loose and still get those details in that I wanted. But here I am today. Here goes:

And yes, I'm a huge Halo fan. I'll be posting more of these, along with my Art Studies, over time. I'll simply keep going, hope this inspires someone out there to keep creating!

And that is a simple breakdown! See you soon

I have completed my Art Studies for the Halo Infinite reveal trailer [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fmdb-KmlzD8 ]
As such, I had to use only the scenes shown ( as opposed to being able to play a game and direct the camera to create a composition ). As for the time I gave myself for these, it was between 15 min - 30 min ( since there is more visual detail in these ).
Thank you for the feedback. These studies were fun to do, and perhaps sometime in the future I would eventually create these in Photoshop so I can use photo-bashing and other visual techniques ( these were all done freehanded )
See you soon, and I hope this inspires someone to keep creating!
